Taunted man needed stitches

A man with learning difficulties needed hospital treatment after being taunted and assaulted by a group of up to 15 children at Newbury train station.

The 55-year-old victim from Penwood, received a deep cut to the back of his head when he was pushed hard on to the ground by one youth.

He needed five stitches to the wound at Newbury Community Hospital.
