Young people with learning difficulties 'let down' - Ofsted

Too many young people with learning difficulties or disabilities in England are being let down as they prepare for adult life, according to a report by Ofsted.

It says access to training and developing skills for employment can be patchy and ineffective, despite government promises to do more to help so-called "high need learners".
