Government plans to cut support for many disabled people on out-of-work benefits could harm their mental health and make it harder for them to return to work, according to a review led by a disabled peer.

IAIN Duncan Smith is being called upon by the SNP to "go back to the drawing board and start again" after a court ruling, which found that including the allowance given to carers in the UK Government's benefit cap discriminated indirectly against disabled people.
The Government would like to make it even harder for those who want to claim PIP. PIP has replaced DLA and people claiming DLA are now being shifted over to PIP. If you have received your notification of change then you must apply for PIP within the 4 weeks stated. If you don't your money will stop.
